Permit coordination was a critical driver of schedule certainty and operational readiness for the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX. Because the Miami International Autodrome is a temporary circuit built within an active stadium complex, approvals had to align multiple jurisdictions, life-safety requirements, and event-day operational needs without slowing the construction. Waller Design managed the permitting pathway by delivering clear, code-aligned documentation, coordinating agency reviews, and resolving comments quickly reducing redesign risk and preventing last-minute field changes.
